Job description
AXIS Capital is seeking a Primary Casualty Claims Manager to lead the North America Claims team. The role focuses on primary casualty claims oversight, complex file handling, and portfolio management across underwriting, actuarial, legal, and external partners.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong people leadership, technical claim oversight, and the ability to drive strategy, reserve adequacy, and vendor management in a dynamic environment. Hybrid work arrangement is expected.
