Job description
RLI Insurance Company is seeking an experienced claims attorney to handle New York Casualty GL and commercial excess liability large loss claims. The role requires evaluating coverage, investigating claims, and managing outside counsel to achieve fair, expeditious, and economical resolutions.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of relevant legal or insurance experience, with knowledge of NY construction/labor law and complex GL claims.
