The Hanover Insurance Group in the United States is seeking a Claims Technical Director Casualty - Auto Liability to join our growing team. This exempt, full-time role can be remote or hybrid out of our Itasca, IL, Worcester, MA, Syracuse, NY, Howell, MI or Richmond, VA office.
The Claims Technical Director Casualty provides expert guidance on large, high-exposure, litigated casualty claims, coaching handlers on coverage, liability, and negotiation, and driving best practices across the claims
