Job description
Braskem is seeking an exceptional, highly motivated catalysis technical expert to guide research and development on heterogeneous catalyst projects within the Global Catalysis organization. The role focuses on bio-based chemicals, specialty products, and polyolefins catalysis.
The successful candidate will drive R&D on novel catalytic processes, create new research programs, mentor junior scientists, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑value technologies
