Job description
Welch’s is seeking a Senior Manager, Category Team Lead to drive growth across a portfolio of grocery customers, including H-E-B and others, with a strong emphasis on building retailer partnerships and negotiating growth opportunities.
You’ll own the customer strategy, manage P&Ls and trade budgets, and lead cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives and new product launches. This is a remote role based from your home office, with travel required.
