Job description
Oak Street Health seeks a Center Medical Director to lead the clinical team at our center, with 80% clinical time and 20% administrative responsibilities. You will mentor providers, ensure high-quality primary care, and participate in strategic initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate is an MD/DO/APN/PA with board certification in Internal or Family Medicine, plus substantial outpatient leadership experience and a commitment to value-based care and patient outcomes.
