Job description
EY is seeking an experienced senior-level specialist to help government and public sector clients transform HR operating models and organizational structures. You will influence change, design delivery models, and drive improvements across multiple agencies and teams.
You will engage senior stakeholders, manage complex programs, and mentor staff, while travel up to 20–30% as projects require. A security clearance capability is preferred.
