Job description
MICON Group, Inc. is seeking a Manager - Change Management to lead change initiatives, track change orders, and coordinate with project teams and clients on narrative development and cost/ Schedule impacts.
You will develop claim components, oversee cost analyses, and produce supporting exhibits and documentation while coaching junior staff and coordinating with legal, schedulers, and finance. Travel up to 20% is expected.
