Job description
Guidehouse is seeking a senior change management consultant to lead and support change management for utility clients undergoing technology implementations. You will partner with client stakeholders to assess impacts, identify risks, and design actionable change plans, communications, and training to drive adoption.
Travel to Guidehouse or client offices will be required. A strong background in change management and facilitation is essential.
