Job description
Acosta is seeking a Senior Manager of Change Management to lead holistic change enablement for large-scale initiatives. You will design and execute strategies to drive adoption, readiness, and sustained change across people, processes, and technology transformations.
The role partners with Transformation leaders, program teams, and business leaders to assess impacts, align sponsors, manage resistance, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise initiatives.
