Job description
Insight Global is seeking a Change Management Lead to support their customer in the Greater Tampa Bay area. This role involves leading workstreams from planning through implementation and developing change management strategy plans. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience in change management for enterprise initiatives and possess skills in change strategy development and impact assessment.
Familiarity with frameworks like Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter is preferred. This position offers the opportunity to influence organizational change and drive transformation across projects.
