Job description
Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Lead for a senior, client-facing role. You will lead complex change initiatives across supply chain transformations, partnering with executives and delivery teams to ensure adoption and business readiness.
You will build change networks, design readiness measurements, and coach senior leaders, while contributing to standardizing OCM methodologies and accelerating value realization for clients.
