Job description
Corning seeks a Manager, Supply Chain Operations Change Management in Corning, NY. You will own end-to-end change strategy for I/O/SDM programs, ensuring adoption through sustained adherence. Collaborate with Supply Chain Project Manager and IT Project Manager to embed activities into the release plan.
You will lead communications, establish adoption metrics, coordinate training, and coach leaders to be visible change advocates while guiding multi-site teams through transformation.
