Job description
Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Change Management to lead people-side change across enterprise-wide transformations. You will partner with senior leaders, HR, communications, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models.
You will assess impacts, develop strategies, coach leaders, and measure adoption to sustain outcomes beyond go-live in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
