Job description
EY is seeking a Senior Learning Designer within People Consulting in a hybrid setup. The role focuses on designing and delivering high-quality, role-based training content to support large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations, driving user readiness and long-term capability building.
You will partner with SMEs and stakeholders, apply adult learning principles, and contribute to Train-the-Trainer activities to enable effective delivery across client sites and EY offices.
