Job description
EY's People Consulting practice is seeking a Senior in our Business Performance capability to lead end-to-end training content design for SAP S/4HANA transformations, aligning with strategy, culture, and organizational purpose.
You will translate process changes into engaging learning experiences, partner with SMEs and stakeholders, and enable user readiness through ILT, WBT, simulations, and job aids. Travel up to three days per week to client sites or EY offices in a hybrid environment.
