Senior Chemist – California – Personal Care Contract Manufacturing
SECTR Partners are partnered with a Personal Care Company based in California that specialise in Hair Care, Skin Care and Cosmetics. Relocation assistance provided.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Formulate custom products from conception to product launch
Manage scale-up from lab to production
Troubleshoot formulas and reformulate new launches
Conduct stability and compatibility testing
Collaborate with customers, sales and production teams.
Attend industry events and product launch customer visits.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field
5+ years of Bench/Formulation experience in Personal Care Products
Raw Material purchasing and Product Development Cost Management
Strong knowledge in FDA and MoCRA requirements.
