Job description
Choice Financial Group is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to establish and direct an enterprise-wide Compliance Program aligned with risk appetite. The role partners across defense lines, business leaders, and regulators to embed a transparent culture of compliance and operational risk management.
The CCO will lead policy development, training, regulatory change management, exams, legal oversight, and remediation, while reporting to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
