Job description
Raytheon in Tewksbury, MA seeks an Execution Chief Engineer to lead the design and development of world-class Air and Missile Defense systems for Kuwait-Qatar programs, coordinating with USG, UAE, and Bahrain stakeholders. This onsite role requires strong leadership across IPTs and CPTs and requires a SECRET clearance.
Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in STEM fields, active SECRET clearance, and experience with international defense contracting or Patriot program environments.
