Job description
Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a senior Continuous Improvement leader to drive and manage CI initiatives across multiple operations. You will influence performance by applying data analytics, engineering methods, and Lean tools to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.
Reporting to the CI Director/Sr. CI Manager, you will supervise a team, develop strategies, and guide cross-functional projects with senior management and customers. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
