Job description
McCormick & Company, Incorporated in South Bend, IN is seeking a Manager of CI – 1st Shift reporting to the Plant Manager. You will lead the CI/TPM function, coach plant leadership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production and reliability across the plant.
The role requires 5–10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing CI, strong strategic and communication skills, and the ability to translate strategy into concrete site actions.
