Job description
Celestica in Richardson, TX seeks a Senior Team Leader for Continuous Improvement to shape CI vision, co-facilitate kaizen events, and drive deployment of Lean and Six Sigma practices across functions.
You will lead cross-functional CI initiatives, coordinate training, and mentor teams toward Green Belt milestones while sustaining a culture of continuous improvement. This is a high-impact, site-level leadership role.
