Celestica Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement to lead CI strategy and culture across the site/function in Richardson, TX.
You will co-lead the CI Committee, align CI resources, and promote a culture of continuous improvement that drives value for customers and internal stakeholders. The role requires 8+ years of experience, plus lean and Six Sigma expertise, with a strong track record in CI deployment, coaching, and cross-functional leadership.
