Job description
Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to promote and lead CI initiatives across multiple operations, using data-driven methods to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth.
You will oversee CI resources, influence change, and work with Engineering, Automation and Lean practices to deliver measurable results. The role requires startup experience, proficiency with AutoCAD, WMS (Manhattan SCALE), Power BI and Snowflake, and the ability to travel up to 50%.
