McMillen, Inc. seeks a Senior Civil Discipline Lead to guide large water resources projects including dams, energy, fisheries, and infrastructure.
You will direct project teams, align staffing with strategy, and manage high-stakes client engagements with a strong emphasis on risk and QA/QC. Ideal candidates have 20+ years in civil/water resources consulting, a civil engineering background, and proven leadership in complex programs.
