Provide construction-phase support by responding to RFIs, submittals, and technical inquiries.

Serve as a technical reviewer for drawings, calculations, and design packages, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Perform quality control reviews for both personal and team deliverables, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and consistency.

Contribute to the development and improvement of QA/QC processes, standards, and workflows.

Stay current with civil engineering codes, stormwater regulations, and emerging design technologies.

Act as a primary technical representative in client meetings, providing clear and confident communication.

Draft and respond to technical questions, RFIs, and client comments with professionalism and clarity.

Partner with project managers to align design execution with client goals, budgets, and timelines.

Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing guidance on design techniques, tools, and problem-solving approaches.

Delegate tasks effectively and manage team priorities to support efficient project delivery.

Lead internal training sessions and contribute to team-wide technical development.

Provide detailed peer reviews and actionable feedback to elevate overall design quality.
