Job description
A reputable engineering firm is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their Newport Beach team. This full-time role offers a hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to work on diverse development and municipal projects. The position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in land development and civil design.
Lead engineering projects across a variety of land development, municipal, and federal initiatives.
Oversee the creation and review of civil construction documents and technical reports.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and client interactions effectively.
Mentor junior staff and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
Support business development efforts through client relationship management.
Senior Civil Engineer Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
8–12 or more years of relevant land development experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and experience with hydrologic calculations.
Strong communication skills and ability to foster client relationships.
