A 100% employee-owned engineering firm is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Alexandria, VA, to lead the design of complex land development and infrastructure projects for federal clients. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in civil engineering, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. The role includes team leadership, client communication, and mentoring of junior engineers.
