Job description
The Chief Estimator at JJB South, LLC leads estimating efforts for civil construction projects, including underground utilities and site development. This hands-on role programs estimates, mentors the estimators, and ensures accurate, buildable bids while coordinating with operations and leadership to transition won projects smoothly.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in civil estimating, strong knowledge of underground utilities, earthwork, and bid processes, plus proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid.
