Job description
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is seeking a highly skilled attorney to provide complex civil and criminal legal services within the Legal Office. You will act as lead counsel in litigation and prosecutions, advising the Sheriff and command staff on critical legal matters affecting agency operations.
You will review contracts, public records, and policy issues, draft legislation proposals, respond to requests under public records laws, and ensure compliance with state and federal law
