Job description
Brown and Caldwell is seeking two Senior Civil Engineers to lead high-performing Civil Engineering teams delivering water, wastewater, and remediation solutions across the West. These leaders will act as Civil Portfolio Discipline Leaders for regional portfolios and guide a distributed team in multiple offices.
Responsibilities include supervising design discipline staff, coordinating workload, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to proposals and client delivery.
