Job description

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Civil Roadway Engineer to join our Transportation and Infrastructure team in New Jersey. The role focuses on roadway, transportation, and infrastructure design, project management, and client collaboration for NJDOT, NJTPA, and local agencies.

Hybrid work is offered with offices in Morristown or Lawrenceville. The candidate should bring a bachelor’s in civil engineering, 4+ years of experience, and EIT, with strong leadership and communication skills to mentor junior
