Job description
Popli Design Group is seeking a capable leader to guide the Civil Division. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, mentoring, and ensuring quality through QA/QC processes. You will manage schedules, backlog, timesheets, and staff reviews while supporting business development and proposals.
The candidate will drive financial success of the group, help with staffing decisions, and align with strategic goals. A NY PE license and extensive civil/site design experience are required.
