Job description
Avangrid is seeking a Lead Analyst in Claims Management (Worker's Compensation) to develop, implement, and oversee a broad range of NY-based workers compensation claims for NYSEG and RG&E. This role reports to the Director - Health & Wellness and will manage renewals, coverage gaps, and carrier communications.
Responsibilities include managing light-duty and salary continuation programs, collaborating with HR and legal staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance across ADA, FMLA, and OSHA
