Oscar is hiring a Claims Compliance Associate Director to lead a team of analysts focused on regulatory inquiries and claims compliance. The role reports to the Senior Director, Claims Quality and Compliance, and operates remotely for candidates in Dallas, TX, with possible future hybrid options in the metro area.
The base pay ranges from $134,136 to $176,053 annually, plus benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual bonuses.
