Job description
MegaCorp Logistics is seeking a seasoned Claims Director to lead the Claims Department, overseeing investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of cargo and property damage claims. You will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to minimize risk and maximize recoveries.
This role requires a strong leadership track record, expertise in claims analytics and policy development, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced 3PL environment.
