Job description
MegaCorp Logistics is seeking a highly experienced Claims Director to lead the Claims Department and oversee investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of cargo and related claims. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to minimize risk, maximize recoveries, and ensure top-tier customer service.
The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and requires strategic leadership, process improvement, and advancement of reporting metrics.
