Job description
AXIS Capital is seeking a Senior Claim Director, Specialty Complex Claims to lead our North America Claims team and report to the Head of Specialty Complex Claims. The role involves direct handling of complex coverage issues, developing litigation strategies, and managing outside counsel across multiple lines of business.
The ideal candidate will bring 7–10+ years in claims management, a law degree, and strong collaboration skills with underwriting, actuarial, and senior management.
