Hiscox USA is seeking a senior leader for the role of Claims Director, Property & Casualty. This position directs the US Claims strategy, develops AVPs/Team Managers, and drives engagement across general liability teams. hybrid work with two days in the office weekly.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in claims management and strong leadership, with a proven track record in claims strategy, reserving and performance improvement across a global environment.
