Job description
Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Senior Consultant in Claims Investigation Services to lead complex investigations across Supplemental Health products, including Accident, Critical Illness, Cancer and Hospital Indemnity.
You will supervise quality audits and coordinate medical record reviews. You will develop investigation playbooks, train staff, partner with analytics to detect fraud, and present findings to senior leadership.
