Job description
Avangrid seeks a Lead Analyst - Claims Management (Worker's Compensation) in NY to develop, implement, and monitor a broad range of workers compensation claims. You will manage administration, renewals, and coordination with carriers, vendors, and HR to improve cost and outcomes.
The role requires extensive knowledge of NYS workers compensation rules, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA, with 3+ years of relevant experience. Office-based in Kirkwood or Rochester, NY with travel as needed.
