Job description

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Claims Manager in Falls Church, VA to oversee day-to-day claims handling across property, casualty, and builders risk. You will manage a team of Claims Associates, ensuring high-quality work and alignment with company standards, reporting to the Claims Director.

You will set reserves, coordinate with carriers and defense counsel, and drive claims strategy while maintaining strict escalation protocols for complex files.
