Job description
HITT Contracting Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a seasoned Claims Manager to lead a multi-line claims team across property, casualty, and builders risk. The role reports to the Claims Director and focuses on efficient resolution, file quality, and adherence to reserving guidelines.
You will partner with the Claims Director on strategy, manage reserves, and coordinate with carriers, TPAs, and defense counsel while maintaining company standards and regulatory compliance.
