FirstService Residential is seeking a senior Client Financial Business Partner in Tampa to oversee client accounting services, financial reviews, and annual budgets across designated communities. Lead with strong communication, partner with property operations, and ensure accuracy in variances, funding requests, and board presentations.
The role requires 10+ years in accounting/financial reporting, CPA or advanced degree preferred, and experience with ERP and fund accounting.
