Job description

We are seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to support one of our client's largest advisor teams and serve as both a relationship leader and the operational “COO of the team.” This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional who excels at client service, workflow management, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, UHNW-focused environment.

In this role, you will:

Direct and balance the workflow for advisors and associates, ensuring all client service tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and their families, providing anticipatory guidance and a smooth, high-touch experience.

Manage onboarding, account updates, cash movements, documentation, and reporting with strong attention to detail and operational discipline.

Drive complex client initiatives and special assignments, maintaining transparent communication and strong execution throughout each phase.

Partner with attorneys, CPAs, bankers, and other external professionals to coordinate financial, estate, and investment needs with discretion and professionalism.

Offer hands-on support, coaching, and daily structure to junior staff while consistently demonstrating top-tier service expectations.

Spot opportunities to refine workflows, boost efficiency, and strengthen the team’s overall service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

8+ years of client service experience within financial services or wealth management.

Exceptional organizational skills—highly detail-oriented and structured

Familiarity with Fidelity and Schwab custodian workflows strongly preferred.

Experience with Tamarac reporting, Salesforce-based CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Why explore?

You’ll step into a central, highly visible role with substantial responsibility, working closely with senior advisors and firm leadership. This is an opportunity to shape client experience, strengthen team operations, and contribute meaningfully to a growing, service-driven wealth management firm.
