Conviva Senior Primary Care seeks an Associate Operations Director, Clinic/Center Administration to plan and direct outpatient care operations. You will develop staffing plans, policies, and procedures, and collaborate with clinicians to improve patient outcomes.

We require management experience in a clinical setting with a full-risk VBC background, knowledge of healthcare regulations, and proficiency with EMR systems such as DataHub and NPS.
