Job description
Elica Health Centers is seeking a Senior BI Clinical Analyst to translate clinical and operational questions into high-quality reports and dashboards. You will mine data from Epic Clarity and Caboodle, develop SQL-based reports, and design Tableau dashboards for executive and clinical users.
The role requires substantial healthcare analytics experience, HIPAA compliance, and the ability to communicate complex insights to senior leadership. This is a full-time role based in California.
