Are you passionate about helping healthcare organizations improve caregiver satisfaction, optimize staffing operations, and achieve better patient outcomes through technology and clinical transformation?

As a Senior Clinical Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders, guiding organizations through strategic workforce and workload initiatives powered by the Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Solution Suite (formerly Clairvia). This is an opportunity to combine your clinical expertise, consulting skills, and operational insight to drive measurable outcomes across acute and outpatient care settings.

You'll partner directly with executive leaders, nursing leadership, operational stakeholders, and project teams to redesign workflows, improve workforce efficiency, strengthen clinical operations, and ensure successful adoption of solutions that support smarter staffing and patient care decisi

What You'll Do

Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders.

Lead clinical transformation initiatives that improve workforce management, staffing efficiency, caregiver utilization, and patient outcomes.

Guide customers and internal project teams through current-state assessments, future-state design, workflow optimization, and gap analysis activities.

Identify organizational change impacts and develop strategies that support successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for Workforce and Workload solutions throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Own and manage customer value measurement plans, ensuring organizations achieve the business and clinical outcomes expected from their investment.

Partner with engagement and project management teams to ensure project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are successfully achieved.

Facilitate executive and stakeholder meetings focused on clinical alignment, operational transformation, technology adoption, and value realization.

Drive discussions that align organizational goals with workforce optimization strategies and measurable outcomes.

Cultivate long‑term customer relationships that support successful implementations and sustained operational improvements.

Basic Qualifications

At least 6 years of combined higher education and related work experience, including:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, Healthcare, or a related field

At least 1 year of licensed healthcare practice, clinical consulting, and/or clinical healthcare information technology experience

At least 5 years of additional higher education and/or professional experience directly related to the responsibilities of this position

Registered Nurse (RN) or other active clinical licensure

Preferred Qualifications

Staff scheduling, staffing assignments, workforce management, or staffing workflows

Hospital operations, admissions, registration, or patient throughput processes

Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Management solutions

Client‑facing healthcare consulting

Oracle Health Millennium applications

Large‑scale, complex, full lifecycle healthcare technology implementations

Client/server application implementations

Organizational change management and adoption strategies

Successful candidates will also demonstrate:

Strong decision‑making skills and comfort working through ambiguity

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and executive communication abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and a process‑oriented mindset

Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving capabilities

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
