Job description
Medix is partnering with a growing healthcare technology company to hire a Clinical Criteria & Escalations Lead in Manhattan. This senior, individual-contributor role focuses on difficult clinical and payer questions that do not fit standard workflows.
You will review complex cases, research coverage requirements, interpret clinical documentation, and help determine whether issues stem from payer policy, missing evidence, workflow design, or system behavior.
