Job description
Live Well Homecare in Austell, GA seeks a proactive RN Clinical Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical setting. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and advocate for individualized care plans aligned with evidence-based standards.
With 5+ years of RN experience and current BLS, you’ll participate in performance improvement, mentor staff, and support data-driven clinical questions while maintaining compassionate, culturally responsive care.
